If you want to learn more about our prices and booking options, you’ve come to the right place. We offer you the opportunity to plan your dream vacation and secure a holiday home in the beautiful region of Achensee, very close to the entrance of Zillertal. Our prices are competitive and provide you with excellent value for money. We understand that every vacation is unique and has different needs.
Our holiday homes are located in an ideal location to explore the beauty of the Achensee region and the Zillertal. They offer you the perfect starting point to climb the surrounding mountains, explore the hiking trails, or swim in the lakes. After an eventful day, you can relax in your cozy holiday home and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. In addition, there are a variety of restaurants, shops, and leisure activities nearby to make your vacation even more enjoyable.
Here you will find (the best prices) for our two holiday homes. The rates given are for the Anna-Lena and Gabriel holiday homes. Occupancy is available for 2 to a maximum of 12 people and 1 baby. For our youngest guests, we provide a cot and high chair. Pets are allowed! We kindly ask that you register your pet before arrival.
Ancillary costs
- € 95,- one-off final cleaning
- € 3,- local tax per person/night from the age of 14
- € 5,- Pets – dogs are allowed on request and must be registered!
Rescission fees for the holiday home Anna-Lena and Gabriel
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the travel price
- from 60th to 35th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the travel price
- from 34th to 3rd day before the start of the trip, 80% of the travel price
- In case of later rescission and non-commencement of the trip, the entire travel price will be charged.
Payment
When booking, a deposit of 20% is due. The remaining amount must be transferred or paid by credit card no later than 14 days before the start of the trip. You will receive your booking confirmation by email.
Our customers have the option to take out cancellation insurance. The insurance will be calculated individually for you and offered during the booking process.
